Dont see caret when press big ENTER in inputfield

Hello community.
I have one big input with a multiline text:

I have 2 ENTER button on my keyboard. When i press BIG ENTER the behaviour is: goint to next line, caret DISSAPEAR, i cant type text must left mouse button click on next line.

but whe i press NUM PAD ENTER caret is not dissapear and all work well. How can i do BIG ENTER the same as NUM PAD ENTER?
