DOTS Hybrid Renderer V2 & URP Point & Spot Lights support status?

This page lists “Point + Spot Lights” for URP as “Planned for 2020”.

Will there be an update soon that supports that? If not, can I have an ETA of when this feature will be available?

Given the timing, I may switch over to HDRP, but if it’s just around the corner, I might hold off…

This is even more confusing, because here it says spot lights are available in URP. Apparently they are only disabled when using ENABLE_HYBRID_RENDERER_V2?

I believe you’re looking at the wrong table.

If you want spot and point lights to affect entity based renders, you’ll need to jump ship to HDRP.

Last I heard, the ETA on URP lighting was “probably late next year”.

URP 2D DOTS was “not planned”. Real shame.

WTF. If they are going to dump all of the development time into HDRP, why even bother having URP as an option?

I went with URP after reading many articles that said HDRP was only recommended if you have a ton of time to pixel push textures…

Wait, that’s crazy. URP is supposed to be universal, with the majority of people utilizing it as opposed to HDRP…
