Double sided attribute - trees in the terrain

I have imported a 3ds model of a tree and have it working with the terrain so I can paint the trees on. What I notice though is the branches are messed up, I think this is because the leaves are single sided. For the Nature/Soft Occlusion Leaves shader to work does it require the leaves polys to be double sided.

On the plus side, importing the trees was very easy to import and get onto the terrain and the fading between billboards is very smooth.

The branches shader uses double sided. Also you need to make sure the model file is in a folder called “Ambient-Occlusion”.

Thanks, I’ll go back and check on the model. It was created with TreeMagic and I had to attach the two mesh objects it generates into one in order for it to work with the terrain engine.

I have the model in a folder called “Trees Ambient-Occlusion” (Similar to the folder name used in the standard assets). IS that OK?
