try reset the layout by going layout>default
or reinstall unity

Since every device context in the editor is essentially scaled by 0.5 in the x axis and duplicated I assume this is an issue in your graphics card driver. Either you use a wrong or outdated driver, or you have some sort of “global VR mode” effect enabled.
