Downgraded cinemachine from 2.6.9 to 2.6.5

I downgraded cinemachine due to an error that game with the version I was using, but after that it messed up my pc somehow. Was opening this project:

but the cinemachine gave a compile error therefore I had to up/downgrade it but downgrading it messed up my pc. See pics below:
