how to download Assets only when they are not already downloaded or Have to be Updated ?
That should already be handled by the system.

yes but how can i check for Updates and Download them at Start?
and what options should i pick for those kinds of assets ?
I haven’t played enough with those options to give a proper solution, but as far as I remember you can try to load an asset and it will check the version and decide if it needs to download the bundle.
