Downloading Unity videos ?

Can anybody please tell me how I could download the Unity videos, starting at:

http://unity3d.com/support/documentation/video/

so that I might watch them off line

I personally use the downloadhelper plugin for firefox to download any kind of video (swf, mov, youtube).
but you can just as well look at the source of the html page and enter the url to the mov into a download app for example
