I remember not being able to buy Dr. Dobb’s with any regularity when I was still in school due to money being so tight. I promised myself that I’ll subscribe to it as soon as I had a job and a steady income. It was that good, or at least that reputable at the time.
It’s remarkable how things have changed. It’s also remarkable how it managed to cling to life for so long, even if just as an online ghost of its former printed glory.
