Hi! I would like to introduce you to our project. He has developed a little over six months. This is - drag racing simultor. To date, this is one of the most-developed simulators. And all this - made in Unity! The project is still in development, so far only screenshots.
Little information about the project:
About 70 vehicles, from classic seventies, to supercars of today.
The real impact performance parts for cars specifications
Improper tuning can do worse than they were before.
Fine tune almost anything you can imagine.
Auto coloring by hand, like in Photoshop! Draw what you want!
For over 12 trails, for illegal, and 4 for legitimate championship.
And much more…
Here is:
Parking, storage machines for which there is no room in the garage.
I noticed that you are using brand names and exact models of the real car (VW, Toyota, etc). Do you have to pay licensing to the manufacturers of those cars for using them in your game? I’m just curious about how the process works.
I think it looks pretty good and seems you have added a lot of cool options. I was wondering about the game play… I assume it is about drag racing other players and fine tuning the cars to be more competitive. Will you also have other forms of racing aside from just drag racing?
Apologies, but the description above said cars from the 70s. The cars i mentioned are all at least 10 years older (even if a couple of them were still produced in the 70s, with a few changes).
Again, some cars that shouldn’t be missing in any oldtimer collection (not the late 70s/80s/90s block design I can’t stand):
Tatra 603
Citroen DS
Jaguar E-Type
Studebaker Golden Hawk
Mercedes 300 SL
Messerschmitt KB
Now please point me to the part I didn’t read.
There are hundreds of cars like this, which don’t fall under your categories. I like your idea but I’d drag (PUN!) it to another level if i was you. Today everyone can still easily afford a Golf, but nearly nobody can drive around with a Tatra and pay the mechanic. I think it’d be more fun for me to play with my personal dream cars, not the ones I see everyday.
