DrawMeshInstanced With Reflection Probes in URP?

I was not able to get reflection probes to show up on meshes that are drawn using DrawMeshInstanced in URP. Is this just not a supported feature with the Lit Shader. I tried with 2021.3.1 and 2022.1.15 URP.

Sounds like it should be supported in the new forward+ mode
