Looks…nice. Altrough I have no idea of what it is and I can see just a few screenshots, I would recommend you to check out “World of Goo” and play it. Your graphic style reminds me of that game…

Very pleasing character and environment.
The world seems a bit dead. Nothing moving around except the character. I like the aesthetic and the player character is mysteriously interesting.
The character controls look kind of floaty, unless this in intended I’d suggest tightening up the controls to be accurate to the desired movement.
Nice iteration so far.

Very good for now, but “Gameplay first, graphics at the end”. You should make more moving parts, make things more alive. When everything is wiggly, you can actually feel the game and that seems like that kind of game.
Controller is actually good, altrough I would move the right “jump” button up a little bit and make it just a little bigger.
You can try making controlls invisible while touching them… that’s wat I just thought it woult be good, because finger alredy hides good portion of the screen.
