drop fps on android and unity editor sometime

hello guys i need help, please
my problem is:
I am creating a 2d game for android in unity and when i run it on the editor sometimes the fps is 60 and sometimes i had drop fps to 20 or 30
the same thing happens on android, when running the game it starts with 60 FPS after 5 minutes with no reason the FPS drops to 20 or 30.
i had the same issue before and i have changed all my assets resolutions and qualitys and still have the same issue, i have decreased the 2d light renderer resolution and checked profile but didn’t get enough information .

i think the issue is from render pipline 2d light , i have decreased the render scale and didn’t solved

here when i build

and run on andriod my FPS drop to 30

Get more info on the profiler about what is making it that slow.
Also, keep in mind that the game will be much slower on android, and android games usually run at 30fps to prevent the phone from overheating.

i realize that when I’m using render pipeline and particles the FPS starts to drop but i want to use 2d light so what do i have to do?
