Not sure if something else needs to be tweaked.
This is the setup I have on my end.
And when I hit the DropDown menu, this is what I got.
Sprites are not showing up inside the dropdown menu.
My Unity version:
Unity 2021.3.4f1
Seems like its not as intuitive as we would expect to. I followed this video to make it work for me:
