killer work! very polished professional with a nice style too.

my entry looks positively dinky compared to that - though i started with nothing the first week in august (oh well i’ll have my first game completed soon at least ; )

Why does this art style feel so familiar to me… Monkey Island? Or is it something else. hrmm will have to thunk on that.

Very nice style, i especially like the scribble. Nice lighting on the palms and the characters look really good. Only thing i dislike about the pirate is that the sword does not fit to the rest of the character this well (one is detailed whilst the other one isn’t). Also in the surrounding the grass texture doesn’t fit this well to the palms in my opinion. Anyway nice work!

Taumel, I love Monkey Island! I thought part 4 was a dissapointment, but part 3 (and the first two) are excellent.

The music in our game ain’t THAT good, but I hope they capture the feeling.

I think our composer did a good job on that :slight_smile:
