Why oh why is no one from Unity interested in the fact tons of users are saying they won’t buy any more assets until the store is fixed?

you may use any browser till then and open in unity when you purchase the download. Afterwards, you may download and use the same.

A lack of official commentary on the issues does not equate to a lack of interest.
