That is one very clean looking dwarf!
Top quality model and texturing as always. I’m not too sure about the straight looking, cleanly groomed beard, but all else is great quality.

Some of the animations on the other hand really look odd. There is some noticeable mesh clipping with the head and beard with the shoulder pads. If the shoulder pad have there own bones this could be corrected very easy.
The animation where he scratches his head is way off. The hand doesn’t even come close to the top of his head.
Were these animations created for another character then applied to this dwarf character?
On draw and put back the weapon jumps into the characters hand and the swing around animation looks very stiff.

The two handed animations with weapon in one and shield in the other are spot on and good quality.
Would be great if this character had a dirt pass on his textures that could be used or swapped out for the clean looking groomed dwarf.

Overall nice pack, beyond the noted animation discrepancies.

Thank you for professional review theANMATOR2b. I will induce this to next updates list. Especially I liked idea of extra bones for shoulders armor. How it didn’t come to me before.

That’s amazing … buying right now. Any plans to do more dwarves in this style?

Actually … the discount doesn’t show up when I try to check out.

Thank you for purchasing Raj!
I am planing to make more to make more dwarves of this stile.

I cheeked, very strange discount works for me.
I will refund you back manually.

I found the problem. This upgraded Open Card template works differently then my old site. I will fix it soon.
Don’t advise to anyone to build site on Open Card template too, many bugs, too many surprises. ;(

O.K. I fixed the problem. Now everyone can see and use discount.

The problem was that when I moved database from my old site to new one, customer group was not assigned to many of site clients. And because discount related to customer group they didn’t benefit from discount when login. I assigned group to every customers manualy which took 6 hours. ;(

Hope I forgot no one.
If I did just let me know, please.

Sorry for issue.

That’s cool … no big deal. I checked out the character in unity and am very impressed. Probably your best character to date.

Thank you Raj. I think you are right. This is new generation character like Witcher’s 3 one main hero, customisble.

It has one big disadvantage for me. Creation time are very long, it took more then month to finish it.

I am afraid, this work will never will be paid back even over 3-4 years.
So I am not sure I will make such characters in future.
Not many people need something like this, unfortunately.

I am flying to vocation today. It will be a good time to rethink about all I did last yeas. I am afraid, that all complex characters I did last time, partially by customers order, not enough popular to pay my work even over years.

I see that most popular is my old characters which are pretty cheap and simple. So it maybe mistake from my side to continue on this way. Its mistake to make something complex and expensive.

As I see, most of people need something different . I like what I am doing, but maybe commercially right is to switch from this way.

I will think about it in Finland forests.

Sure … totally understandable. I end up simplifying the complex characters anyway.

You are very welcome as always !

From your more complex characters, I usually use them with full armour and don’t really need versions without the full equipment. The only things I like to have separate are helmets and weapons / shields. Otherwise, I just disable the hidden stuff like hands under gauntlents and eyes that are never and just combe the rest into a single skinned mesh. Then I compress it with my own LOD tools so I suppose you could forego creating LOD’s. I never use them personally.

Thank you Raj.

Maybe next dwarf I will made more optimized and less complicated.
Really hard to predict what is more important: customization ability or optimization.

Optimizing isn’t hard for me so go with whatever gets you better sales.
