dx11 tesselation problem

Hey guys, I recently learned from YT how to fix DX11 tesselation.
but whenever I run around ingame I get this:

The light differentiate.

Anyone might know why?

Are your normals being recalculated?

I don’t know what you mean, mind explaining?

@ Joquerman: Looks like the mip-mapping is kicking in based on distance. Your Normal map is waaaay too noisy/extreme.
