I’m looking for advise or hints on how to best achieve to make a scene similar to this screenshot:
Is there any asset to buy that can achieve this?
Details, details, details.
A 2D scene? 3D scene? What are the limits, as in how big is this scene supposed to be? Is it infinitely generated?
I assume that you already searched the Asset Store and either you found nothing that fits your criteria?
