Editing Personal Information Details In Unity Asset Store

I created an account but didn’t put in an address.
I am trying to buy something but the sever where the transaction is taking place says the account needs an address,
so I would like to put my address in the store account, but I cannot find how to get to the account information,
only the shopping cart and my profile.
Anyone know where to go for this?

Thanks,
Don

I did have to wait the first time for the store to load but it works immediately now.
Edit: Hmmm, closed Unity and now the store panel is hanging again, but opened ok after 20-30 seconds.

i serached for profile editing , too, but didn’t find it
i guess it’ll come soon! (since i guess the whole asset store is a web application, they’ll add features without the need to upgrade Unity

At the very least they should tell people that an address is needed to purchase things (by credit card).
If I would have known that I would have put it in in the beginning.
Maybe they don’t know either.

I probably wasn’t going to buy anything, but the behaviour tool looked great. It looks like I definitely won’t now!

Same problem here… didn’t put an address in the profile since in was not marked as required. The profile looked like it would be public information and not used for credit card purchasing.

This is the only thing preventing me from spending some money in the store.

followup… I was able to make a credit-card purchase using the PayPal option rather than the other one.

Is there supposed to be a progress bar or anything when downloading? I’ve got Please Wait when clicking download, but nothing seems to be happening…(my HDDs are too quite to tell if they’re busy)

The download button turns into a progress indicator telling you what % is downloaded, and also the download manager has a graphical progress bar.

Right, I’m sure it’s the credit card company that needs the address, PayPal already has the address verified.
Ah, after reading again, so you used a credit card but went through PayPal?
Might try this as well.

Just to give you an update, the asset store surely does need a way to edit profile details and this is being looked into. However, if you proceed with a transaction, you will be given the option to change your address if it is required. So, although it appears otherwise, you should be able to carry out transactions even if you didn’t supply an address on registration. Sorry for the confusion.
