Editing png Files Author

Hello Guys,

I am currently interested in creating an android app and am new to the whole coding aspect of it but am an extremely quick learner. I am looking to find a downloadable program for editing png files in order to create or should I say learn to create and implement background images and sprites. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Google the type of operating system you use (e.g. Windows, Mac, Linux, iOS, etc.) plus “paint program” and you will find literally thousands of options.

If you want a recommendation, I like GraphicConverter, Seashore, or Affinity Photo, depending on what sort of art I’m doing. (Oh yeah, and for things like buttons and logos, I use ArtText. Or sometimes I use a drawing program — iDraw or OmniGraffle.)
