Editing texture size through script

Is there a way to reduce selected texture sizes through script (not at runtime)? Thnx it advance.

Sure, that’s what all the AssetImporter classes are good for. In your case, have a look at the TextureImporter. You can get the corresponding AssetImporter through the static GetAtPath method.

You may be interested in the maxTextureSize setting. Note that you probably have to call SaveAndReimport once done with your changes.
