Editor crash on laptop

Hello,

I bought a laptop and I would like to install Unity to create 2D games.

I installed Unity HUB, then 2 different versions of the editor (2022.5.50f1 & 2020.3.48f1). But both versions, when I launch them, they give me a launch image, then the launch image disappears and the process cuts off. I don’t get any error messages, nothing. I just can’t launch the editor. (So I can’t even access project creation)

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling UnityHub,
Reinstalling both versions of Unity editor…
I deleted the files in appdata/roaming/UnityHub.
I don’t use a VPN.

I feel like I have the requirements to launch it:
Ryzen 7 5800HS
16 GB ram
But graphics : integrated APU (512 MB vram)

Can someone help me? I would really like to be able to work on some of my projects, while traveling.

Sorry to hear that you are having trouble. I am assuming that you are on Windows. Is there a log file located at C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Unity\Editor\Editor.log when Unity launches and fails?
