Editor Crashing when Entering Playmode (Unity 2020.1.12f1)

Is it my physical memory that is too low?

For trying to help, I think the problem is on your computer, yes, your computer/laptop, is too slow to run unity playmode, and maybe is Windows, because as I heard, Windows had a disaster update full of bugs, issues and crash reports, sorry if I wasn’t helpful.
