Editor going slower over 60 fps

As seen on [this video] (unity fps and time - YouTube) editor runs slower.
The "Time difference is Time.time - Time.unscaledTime and is increasing over time. This doesn’t happen in actual build and only happens for FPS higher than 60. I’m using Fixed Timestep 0.05 and Maximum allowed Timstep 0.05, for better simulation. I also used QualitySettings.vSyncCount = 0. All calculations (movement, etc) are done in FixedUpdate() with * Time.deltaTime.
And the lightning is also different, but it’s a minor problem.
Any ideas how to fix this?

So i think i fixed this by changing Maximum Allowed Timestep to 0.1666.
Btw checking FPS on FixedUpdate is not a good idea.
