When I change the size of the game tab it changes the size of things in the scene. This is a problem for me because I don’t want it to do that and I don’t know how to undo the size changes. If anyone knows how to undo this or just prevent it in the first place then please tell me!

In order to help you, a little bit more information is needed:
- The “things” that are changing their size are UI elements?
- Can you share screenshots of before and after the resizing occurs?
I finally got it fixed when I changed the size from 16:9 landscape to 1280x720 in the game tab. So this isn’t a problem for me anymore. Unfortunately I have pictures but I’m not sure how to post them here. (from before I changed to 1280x720)

I’m glad that you solved your issue.
In the future, the way that you can post pictures on the forum is by first clicking on the “Upload a File” button at the bottom right corner of the post you’re currently writing:
After that, you can choose “Full Image” button that will appear on the bottom left side of your post:
