Editor Project Folders Bug?

Since 4.6 or so im having this annoying bug that just puts me off from working on my projects.
Every time i get into unity, it seems it randomly, often it shrinks all expanded folders i have set on my last session, and then i am spending 2+ minutes opening the folders again.

Is this a bug or some option where i can change? Because this is starting to get on my nerves.

Not a solution but I add all the commonly used folders/locations to my favourites for simple and quick access (just drag them there)…

Not good at all for me xD
i normally have open all the folders that im currently working on, which is normally more than 50% from all main folders.

And also i dont want the folders to be show, i want the content in them.
