Editor res different than deployed res?

In the Unity editor, after I hit play, I adjusted the editor’s resolution to be similar to my phone’s (I adjusted the editor to be the same width, but I don’t have enough vertical to make the same height). Everything fits on the screen in Unity, but when I install my game on my phone, everything is zoomed way too far in. Shouldn’t what I see in the editor window match exactly with what I see when deployed?

I believe that the answer is no because your resolution is much larger on your computer, so when you deploy on your phone there is less pixels and therefore less screen space so it will appear zoomed in.
