Editor Script to disable Scene Window's controls

Hi I am working on a Editor utility that when I have a certain gameObject selected it will allow me to right click to create objects in the scene and using the scroll on the mouse to select different objects to drop.

When in scene view and having this object selected I would like to disable the right click’s rotating around an object and scrolling’s zooming in. Is there a way to do this?
