Editor UI not showing up.

The Unity Editor is not showing up at all, even if I open the .unity files, nothing shows up and it goes to the project selection window. Here is what I mean.

It’s been like this for an hour so if it was loading, it would of been done by now. I tried reinstalling Unity, no avail. I’ve reset my Windows PC before this happened because Windows was acting up. Help please.

I encountered the same issue on Mac OS, where Unity Editor UI didn’t show up after I imported the package from UnityLearn. I fixed this issue by upgrading the project to a new version of Unity.
