EditorGUI add SortingLayer-like list to custom Editor

Hi,
I can’t find a way to add a list to my costum inspector like the one for the SortingLayers (With Drag and Drop for changing the order).
Can someone tell me if there’s a way to implement the same list in you costum editor?
