EditorWindow and emulating panels


I want to accomplish something like playmaker does in the graph editor. Here a picture: http://www.previewlabs.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/04/playMakerOverview.png

How do they have these 2 parts in a editor window? Is everything hardcoded for the Property view based on a fixed offset or is he using any other trick to accomplish this? It would be nice if we could add “panels” to the editor window and add controls to them and have they authomatically positioned relative to the panel position (like in uGUI)

Use GUI.Window.
