Effectors overriding Rotation Handle

In the editor window, if the rotation handle lies on top of an effector, instead of rotating my selection it selects the effector. The transform and scale handles work fine. See video:

Hey! Very sorry for the delay! This indeed looks like a bug. The Rotation handles should behave the same way as the translation handles when an effector is selected. You can submit a bug with the bug reporter and we’ll take a look!
