Emissive material "leaks" into other parts of the uv?

Hi! I’m using an emissive material that’s only emissive on certain parts, but when I crank the emission up high it starts to “leak” onto other parts of the uv. Here’s an example of what I mean:

Does anyone have any idea of how to fix this? Thanks!

Apologies for answering like 3years later but I resolved this issue after checking out all the UV map, Specular AA issues and found it was caused by the Emission map having mip-maps, disabling it fixed it.
