Empty Compilation errors when making new Unity Project

Hello,

I just performed a fresh install for Unity and Visual Studio 22 (with Visual Studio Tools for Unity), when trying to make a new basic project (from templates like 2d Core or 3d core) When opening the project I get the message that there are compilation errors telling me to go into safe mode:

I have no idea how to get rid of these errors because when I open the project I see the red flags for errors but no text/file info and double clicking them does nothing.

I have tried different version of unity (2019, 2020, 2021) and Visual studio (19, 22) but same results. I’ve spent hours googling this and think it’s because of the default packages or initial packages and something to do with their dependencies. But even if I uninstall every default package from the package manager the error is still there :frowning:

Can someone help? Please

PS. If I go to the package manager and remove all default packages, these errors go away but there is an empty error as soon as I add a script to an object.

SOLVED:
I was able to get rid of these, turns out it was a malware/registry key issue preventing CMD from running. I found the solution from the most recent answers under:

I’m getting the same errors and it’s driving me BONKERS!!!
