Empty scene，but high cpu

Hi,

I build ios-app with empty scene, but cpu got a high other processes.
When I start a low cost like 8ms ai inference on iphone6s , throttling is triggered.
Anyone can help. Thanks a lot.

my app cpu 12% with empty scene
other processes 81%, but no app is opened back ground.
