Ok, this is not actually a game based off of the book ‘Enders Game’. I got the motivation from the book but this project is not related to it. Now about myself, I’m a 3D artist thats been working with unity and Blender for quite a while, and I’m currently an expatriot in thailand. Now for the game. I plan of focusing it more on the multiplayer gameplay as follows.
MultiPlayer-
A fleet consisting of various types of ships and fighters.
A Squad Leader or Toon is in command of a cruiser and any ships under its command such as frigates and fighters.
A Fleet Commander, very much like the book enders game, commands the entire fleet. He can see everything that is going on and gives commands to his Squad Leaders (2-6) what to do strategically.
The main point of multiplayer at this stage (basic concept) is to eliminate the enemy fleet with minimal losses.
Campaign-
Deep story line incorporating first person shooter and third person shooter based both in space and on ground through various planets. There is no story line for it yet as I am just creating assets for now, but you may go through following the story of multiple people.
NOTE: We are looking for new members to join this project. If interested contact me at garnerben41@gmail.com
Now here are a few models I’ve been working on recently
so everyone is aware, Benifir is nothing more than a scammer, he promises to do modeling work in exchange for your scripts, and he never produces the models or contacts you again.
If you didn’t sign a contract, that’s your own fault, genius. You’re only showing you’re unprofessional. If you did sign a contract and he broke it, then you should pursue legal action rather than contacting the administrators. You’re just being petty. Hijacking someone’s thread only further proves that point. Shame of you.
Well, i’m sorry for hurting your fan-boy feelings, but whether or not a contract is signed, there is still a certain level of principal and professionalism that even you should be able to understand.
They are free to use without attribution. But I am not sure how you can claim to be models you “are working on” as the ones you showed are the default examples in file.
I’m getting a litle sick and tired of having to find out later that most of the stuff in some WIP threads isn’t made by the person but from some asset store.
The WIP section should be divided into Genre’s and Original Work.
That way I won’t have to be impressed and lateron realize that the only thing people did was put some stuff other people made into a Unity scene and call it a Work In Progress Game.
I can’t believe that people think that it is his fault because he didn’t have a contract… no one should ever trust this guy if he stole someones stuff end of story no matter what, unless he fixes what he has done.
Well with the revelation of the claiming of the models I take back my defending of the op but I stick with what I said about you being unprofessional. So shame on you both I say. One for what I previously stated and the other for claiming other models as their own.
