it is in portuguese. OKAY. who translated this how-to in first place? Google Translator? some AI? what the hell does “orçamento de estrutura” mean?
so I want to read in ENGLISH. but I CAN’T. if I replace “pt” to “en” in the URL, it goes back to “pt”. if I scroll to the bottom, at the “Idioma” section, it shows a hyperlink written “English”. if I click it, it WON’T GO TO the ENGLISH version.
uuuuugh
and then, at the top of the page there is a link to:
this link is DEAD.
cherry of the cake. if I click “Poderia ser melhor” which is a feedback button, it is all in english! hahahahahahaha.
Hello. as described in OP, any URL will redirect for the portuguese version. as for the guide, thanks, I obtained it on my own somehow in the meantime. the guide is great.
somehow I was reading it in english the entire afternoon. now that I come back after dinner, it is suddenly in portuguese, with bizarre translations such as “sombreamento” and references to parts of the UI that does not match the picture neither the actual editor, as if there was a version of Unity Editor in portuguese.
Same goes for users in Germany, everything is german now but as a native speaker I now understand nothing becaise of shitty AI Translation (“light Baking” is now apperantly “easy Baking”, “leichtes backen” now).
Maybe automatic Translation works for your unity for humanity posts and how fancy your community is but for technical details, this is a pretty bad decision. Not cool!
Hey there. I just wanted to message to let you know I’ve seen your concerns and raised them with the relevant departments internally. Thank you for sharing your feedback.
