Error 0xc01500002 on trying to run Unity

I installed Unity 3 without problem… but when i try to run the software i have an error on 0xc01500002 and cannot run Unity

I’m running on Windows XP Service Pack 3, 2GB on RAM, and Procesor AMD with Single Core at 2.0 Ghz…

i got this error on my laptop, but in the workstation it works well

Install .NET Framework 3.5 - that’s worked for me.
