Error 401 when trying to download organization assets

Hello,

I recently bought a bunch of assets from the asset store for my organization but when I open one of the orga’s projects, I can’t download assets in my Package Manager because “error 401”. Anyone have an idea how I could download them ? (I’m orga’s owner and asset’s buyer)

I don’t understand the problem here. And sorry if this thread is not in the right place, it’s my first time using the forum.

401 usually indicates unauthorised. Are you absolutely sure you’re logged into the same account on the editor as the one you made the purchases on?
