Hi Everyone,
I’m trying to install the iphone version of unity I just purchased on another machine i have here. I keep getting this error when i try to launch:
Error 5000 - while verifying your authorization
My original machine’s video died while i was running Unity, the video card seemed messed after i was scaling a model. blue lines went all over the screen then no video since.
Anyways i have a back up here, and ive installed everything from the included DMG, but now when i try to launch on my other machine the program fails to open, I cant even enter the serial.
i’ve tried some suggestions ive noticed on the board, but i’m still unable to launch… any ideas?

You shouldn’t have to do without your Unity for long … I know it’s tough, but I think you can get through this
I e-mailed them already, and its taking a bit. It was such a blast to use it too, then booom
btw is that number toll free?
Not sure if it’s toll free, tbh. All I know is that it’s the San Francisco number.
Sorry to hear about your Unity, Aaron. Hope the guys manage to sort it for you - I know I’d be depressed without it.

It’s not toll free, but he called and we spoke (at least I think that was you) and I’ve nudged the issue on to Sam’s plate. The problem right now is that we’re being inundated with all manner of emails at both sales@ and support@. It ranges from folks asking the inappropriate to folks needing legit help to you name it. As such our time to respond is a bit out of whack right now.
If anyone was wondering i’ve isolated the problem to the PACE software included with Unity. After installing it fails to run a command to fix the permissions. I’m still messing with it.
I’ll post anything else i find out. thanks for the support so far.
