My app tested fine with levelplay mediation. I published in googleplay store and turned off testing. Now no ads are serving. I check the android log and found “no banner configurations found” error.
I have submitted a support ticket #: 00441328.
Can you let me know why this is happening…do I need to submit a ticket to serve live ads for new apps? This happened with my other app as well.
Can you have support approved my ironsource account? It was rejected and will not provide me a reason…
Hi @mahmudex
Have you already opened a support ticket with your account/app info yet? If not, please do so because it could be something in the back end that a support dev needs to adjust:
Thanks for the reply. I have not specifically opened a support ticket of this issue. However I see that my account is still in pending status for approval. I had opened this account years ago and now I want to use ironsource fully in my games. So far I have not received any email regarding the approval situation so I opened a ticket for that. Should I open another ticket for this issue? This is my ticket number 00526842
I’m moving my games’ mediation service from AppLovin to Unity LevelPlay but currently encountering this issue (Google search led me to this thread). I’ve filed a support ticket (#00528255). Can you please help look into this? Thanks so much.
@cnguyen_unitylevelplay This seems to be an ongoing error as we’re seeing this same message for banners and interstitials ([LevelPlay SDK] API: No banner configurations found). Is there a fix, or is it something that can only be fixed on the LevelPlay side? Our ticket is 00590528
Hi @Jofficial
Thanks for opening a support ticket. Our support team already responded and you should be good to go now. Let us know if you need anything else.
Hi @cnguyen_unitylevelplay
We’re having the same problem with our latest launch on Android now. Is there something developers need to do to make sure ads are live at launch? It seems inefficient to have to ask to have ads turned on via support channels every time.
