Error "Keyframing translation on humanoid rig is not supported!"

When I press preview on the animation the character pose changes and when I try to move any part of the body it won’t make a keyframe and gives me that warning.

I’m using models from Polygon Adventures

This is the default pose for the humanoid type model. The humanoid type cannot generate an animation clip by setting keyframes for the Transform; it can only be done by setting the Muscle DoF.
