Error launching Unity PLayer

Hi

I can’t launch Unity Player, I get this message “Error launching Unity Player”.
I can’t even uninstall it from the control panel, I get “error launching installer”.

I see the dll file is in the computer in the right location.

Could you please suggest solutions?

The dll is in that exact path? I can remember having sjmilar issues with flash a few years ago, i had changed my accountname and the filepaths were using accountname references (thus changing the folder it was looking into, while the files stay in a folder under the old username)

Easiest check would be to enter the address completely, except the file itself, in the windows explorer.
If its a correct folder path you should be able to open it immediately when its entered

@Annihlator has made a good point, please check the path of the mono-1.vc.dll

C:/Users/Luigi/AppData/LocalLow/Unity/WebPlayer/mono/Stable3.x.x/mono-1-vc.dll - does that file actually exist? Make sure you have no special characters or spaces in the username.

Also, upgrade your plugin version, we have 4.1 available now here: Unity Real-Time Development Platform | 3D, 2D, VR & AR Engine.

Found the solution, I granted permission for the mono-1.vc file to everyone and I allowed any action.
