error message after purchase

hey i bought three items from the unity asset store, didnt print the receipt and when i got back to the unity asset store page to download the stuff it showed an error message then it didnt even show that i purchased it but i checked my bank account and it still took my cash what do i do?

This may not be a great place for AssetStore Purchase help (This forum topic, I mean) but here’s what I do, when I need a little helping from the AssetStore team:

Go here: http://unity3d.com/contact
Then click the: “Send your Inquiry” Button
The page refreshes.
Now choose “Type of Inquiry” from the drop-down list that appears. Choose “Asset Store” and fill out the information that you’d like to give them.

You’ll get a reply, usually within a few days. (They’re really busy, doing a great job! )

(P.S. You usually get an email receipt as well with the confirmation that you purchased the goods. Do check your spam box, etc. to see if it’s hiding somewhere. Will have come from this email address : noreply@unity3d.com with a Subject like: Unity Asset Store purchaseconfirmation. Order number: (and your long order number)
