Error message Help CS2015 and BCE0044

Does anyone know how to fix these errors:
Internal compiler error. See the console log for more information. output was:error : Source file `Assets/Test Builds/Test Build 1 windows/Test Build 1_Data/Managed/Assembly-CSharp-firstpass.dll’ is a binary file and not a text file

and

Assets/Test Builds/Test Build 1 windows/Test Build 1_Data/Managed/Assembly-UnityScript-firstpass.dll(1,3): BCE0044: unexpected char: 0xFFFD.

I have figured out that I got this message after I used the “Build” setting and restarted my computer because once I deleted that file the error no longer comes up, but is there a way to correct this so i don’t have to keep deleting the file and rebuilding? Thanks
