Hello I just started using Unity and I’m a new at this. I downloaded version 2020.1.4f1. When I wanted to download “Standard assets” on Asset store in browser, I had a problem. When I went to Package manager, I got errors (Image). Are there any ways to fix it?

I hope im not late, however I fixed mine. I saved the assets in another account (the one I am replying on) but in Unity hub I was logged in with my main, so in the unity hub I logged into my second account (the account where my assets were saved) and it worked. To be safe also disable windows defender and check your internet. (and if it fails probably try after some time)

There is some authentication issue on your end. I’m not sure if your account is not completely verified with the email confirmed or the session expired.
I would suggest to check if everything is in order in their account: Unity ID. If that’s the case, then close Unity, log out from the Hub, log back in, open the project and check if the error is still present. If the error is not fixed, submit a bug so we can get more information and check the logs

[Package Manager Window] Error searching for packages offline
In my case problem had been solved by confirming my email address. There is a message in my email ‘Confirm your email address’. It has to be done to finish Unity ID registration… …What can I say… it could have been more user friendly
After verifying your email, log out of Unity, then sign in and restart the app.

I have been trying to get the package manager to work for 2 black fridays already, cannot ever download anything bought, only open from the website first, then link to the package manager, still only the list of bought items show, but the download button does not work and it always says im offline, with or without firewall etc…

In the Unity hub, log out then log in from there, that worked for me. Hope it works
Same here, every time I open a project I am getting the same error. Everytime to shut down the project then log out and log back in, and then it works. But it’s getting kinda frustrating having to do this everytime!

Maybe Unity hub or unity needs an update. Sometimes when you are to far behind or when an update is happening the account is logged off.
