Hello guys. I was trying to import the Free Fantasy Skybox package and import it in my package but in the moment the upload should take place I get the error as shown above: "Error while getting authentication code".

Also I get the same message right after opening the Package Manager, even if I am not doing anything yet with it. Any help please?

I signed out and back in which fixed the issue, Try doing that if that does not work then try contacting the unity support staff.,I just got this error code too and I just signed out and back in, I’m not sure if this will you help though but it won’t hurt to try.

i am a new in using unity to make games. i have faced the same error that you have faced.
i also want to download free asset from asset store of unity. like you i also want to import free fantasy skybox package but when i opened it in open package manager it gets me an error: “Error while getting auth code”
I just signed out my i’d from unity hub and singed in again and my error was gone .
i think this will help you also
