Please tell me the applicable EULA to the locomotion system.
I could not access the provider’s web site below, so I wonder if the locomotion system uses any other agreement other than unity asset store EULA (Asset Store Terms of Service and EULA).
We’re more suited to answering technical questions, but at first glance there doesn’t appear to be any license beyond the usual Asset Store agreement allowing you to incorporate asset(s) into your game.
Considering it’s a free asset, you don’t have much to lose in downloading and checking it out.
