Every time I change a script Unity reimports every Prefab in Resources Folder

So… I upgraded from Unity 2019.3.0f1 to 2019.4.3f1, because in the earlier version Unity did a reimport and rebuild every shader on 1 little shader-code change.

And now… it’s like even worse. Every time I change 1 little thing in any c# script the resources-prefabs are getting reimported.

Is there any way to prevent this?
