Exclusive Locks suddenly stopped working

Our team has been using Plastic SCM for the past few years for our Unreal project, but recently we’ve been running into merge conflicts with files that should be marked for exclusive checkout. The lock rules show that .uasset files should be locked, but I have one checked out currently and it isn’t showing up in the Locks window. Other team members are able to check out the same file, so I’m not sure what’s wrong.

The locks have been working for us just fine until sometime this month, and the only thing that has changed with our lock rules in a very long time was adding a new branch to the Branch Exclusions section. We’re on main branch, though, so no branch exclusions should apply.

Any ideas why the locks aren’t working for us?
